At Squash Arena, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fair access to our courts and accommodate all players, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Fee: A 100% cancellation fee will apply for any bookings canceled less than 6 hours before the scheduled time.
Free Cancellation: If you wish to cancel without incurring any charges, please do so at least 6 hours before your scheduled booking. Cancellations made within this timeframe are free of charge.
No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive for a confirmed booking without prior cancellation), the full booking fee will be charged.
